What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

We recommend taking Lyft or carpooling with your friends to the event. You will be able to take the shuttle from 21C Museum Hotel if you book your stay during conference weekend. We will send more parking information for those driving their own vehicles the week prior to the event.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Dress comfortably both days! There is always a possibility for random dance parties, stretching, highfives and more. Bring a phone charger, business cards, a great attitude and whatever else makes for a successful day of learning and loving yourself.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No need to print your ticket. We will scan your code if you have access to your digital ticket (sent once you purchase) and have your name on an attendee list at registration. You will need to show a government-issued form of I.D. 

What is the refund policy?

We are unable to provide refunds - you may transfer your ticket at any time leading up to the event via our registration/ticketing system, UNIVERSE.

How do Payment Plans work?

Ticket Buyers who opt-in to paying via a payment plan will be charged a non-refundable One-Time Universe Payment Plan Fee of $15. You will reserve your seat for the event and immediately receive your ticket upon the first payment.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

You will need to transfer the ticket to the name of the rightful attendee to ensure a smooth registration.  All transfers to be complete before April 7.
